This company saved us! We’d been living with ants and could not get them to go away until Kyle came. Within one day all of our ants were gone, it was incredible. I can’t thank them enough! Kyle was professional, timely and very knowledgeable. Will never go to another company again!

Almost two years and great success at our house. Pacific Command PC rescued us from huge bug bites. Their combination of spray and neutering the bugs with specially created bugs who can't create new mosquitos has been entirely successful. From the President to the technicians and schedulers, these people are always helpful and polite. No photos because NO BUGS.

We recently had our property sprayed for ants and we had rat traps set out. The service was outstanding & they followed up without having to call them back. Very happy!

Lance came to our house on short notice during thanksgiving weekend and was incredibly helpful. He made my girlfriend and I feel comfortable and put together a plan to exclude the rats in our house. I couldn’t recommend these guys more.

When we learned that a mouse/mice found their way into our apartment over winter, it became clear that our landlord would do the absolute minimum. He filled the hole they burrowed through with a foam sealant that the mice chewed right through. When I called around to find help, Pacific was highly recommended by a couple other companies. Michael did the original inspection and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, professional, and put our minds at ease. Traps were placed, he sealed the openings where they were getting in, and came back on a schedule to make sure they weren’t returning. Equally important, he did an incredible job sanitizing and cleaning up the droppings in numerous closets and one of the bedrooms. It was a mess and we couldn’t believe this was going on without us realizing, but he walked us through the entire process. So far so good; we haven’t found anymore signs of them returning in weeks. I recommend asking for Michael if you want someone who really knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to help!

Today I had the nicest service man Mike come to my place for termite extermination, as you can see the job got done , quickly and efficiently.I highly recommend this company for all your pest extermination needs...

Pacific is top notch. They are efficient and their pricing is extremely fair. We were having some construction done on our house and the workers found termites which halted the job. Kyle worked overtime to treat for termites so the remodel work was not delayed. I highly recommend this company.

The exterminator, Tony had helped my kitchen. He was efficient and gave me many useful suggestions against the cockroaches with very friendly service.

Jose Rosales is fantastic !! He’s very attentive when his scheduled to do any treatments at my properties and always communicates right away if any units needs an extra care He will do his best to complete it that same day. That’s what I call great service.

While I am normally not home when the exterminator comes by, today I had the good fortune of meeting the technician servicing my home, Jose Rosales. He was a very professional young man who honestly seemed profoundly interested in making sure that all of my pest needs were handled. In my opinion, one of the things that sets Pacific Command apart from others that have serviced my property is this commitment to excellence that remains well after the initial visits. This is why they continue to get my business, even though there are countless people coming by with very attractive offers in an effort to reel me in. The level of service is consistently good, visit after visit, year after year!

We are the largest HOA in Conejo Valley with 648 units and 75 acres w 300 bait stations. We are surrounded by open space and switched over to Pacific and have not been disappointed. We have them take care of our gophers as well. Three Cheers for Pacific.

I've been a property manager for quite some time now. I'd say 10+ years, just to not age me. I've worked with several pest companies and can I just say - Pacific Commabd is THE BEST extermination vendor when it comes to - 1) responsiveness; 2) organization & prep 3) information 4) staff and above ALL ELSE 5) treatment!

Im super happy to report that I have never had an issue with pests at ANY of my buildings and I thank that in HUGE part to all of my CLEAN tenants and then Pac (my nickname for them in my phone - we're close like that! HEY OFFICE STAFF!! I love you ALL!)

Also for technicians - can I just say Jose R has been my main guy for years and to see him yesterday as my regular guy again I freakin almost cried!
